Sunny Bank Community Centre Proposal

This project was a unique one, as not only was I asked to design, restaurants, townhouses and shophouses, I then had to strategically organise them to create a community development. With limited space and the need for 22 restaurants, this request proved to be a real head scratcher. I navigated this hurdle by taking inspiration from Brisbane’s alfresco retail haven: James Street, New Farm.
